Antonio Marras offers a sophisticated and seamless return process for all items returned within 14 days of delivery. We ensure that every garment reflects our commitment to quality, allowing you to exchange or return pieces in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the customer care portal to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authenticity cards are intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping stickers are removed.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
